Symposium on the Effectiveness of the Canadian Patent System

During our symposium, we will explore both current and future patent policy challenges. The session from 10:30 to 12:00 will explore the assumptions that currently dominate scholarly research and public policymaking related to 5 important topics. After we have immersed ourselves in alternative future scenarios, we will revisit these topics to assess and revise our assumptions.
