Romain is a PhD candidate at HEC Montreal and is affiliated to the Mosaic research hub. His research focuses on managerial aspects that can be used to develop disruptive innovation capabilities within organizations. Over the course of his studies, his research projects has led him to work in the gaming industry (Ubisoft), in Montreal’s aerospace cluster (CRIAQ, Bombardier) and more recently in the fields of energy and sustainable mobility (IREQ, Michelin).
