This white paper synthesizes research conducted through the 4POINT0 partnership around a central question: How can Canada better turn its strengths in science and technology into innovation and sustainable economic and social impacts?

Drawing on an in-depth analysis of innovation ecosystems, this publication aims to inform public decision-makers, ecosystem orchestrators, organizations, and the research community about levers that can help move beyond Canada’s “innovation paradox.”
